Sized for either woman over 30 years / post vaginal child birth, or for those under 30 without having given birth vaginally. They last a minimum of 1 year (ecomum’s been using hers for 4), and easily pay for themselves within 3 months.
The Diva Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours before emptying, washing and reinserting for use for another 12 hours. It can be used for light or moderate flows, and simply emptied more often to accommodate heavy flows.
Choose Size 1 if you are under 30 and have never had a vaginal or c-section birth, or Size 2 if you are over 30 or have had a vaginal or c-section birth.
